1200 Series 9" Dry Disc
Designed for small deburring at an economical price; the 1200 series belt-disc, or disc only machines, can handle a vast array of deburring requirements. When equipped with an abrasive belt followed by a rotary disc; the abrasive belt will remove vertical burrs, while the disc removes sharp lateral burrs and gently rounds the edges of the parts being processed. A disc only can be used for removal of minimal vertical burrs while gently rounded the part edges.
1200 Series 25 and 37" Grinders
The Model 1200 series machines are economically priced, but deliver all of the same great results that you expect of a larger Timesaver. Available in 25" and 37" widths with single or double heads that can deburr metal in a single pass or deburr and finish metal with multiple passes. Simple operation and controls require only minutes of training for an operator to effectively produce finished parts.

1200 Series Slag Grinder
The 1200 Series Slag Grinder was designed around an increasing demand for a more economical version of our widely popular 2200 series slag grinder. Until now, lower production shops either continued to suffer with hand processing or stretched their budget to invest in automation. Keeping this in mind, the 1200 series machine components were selected based on smaller production runs and intermittent use.
