• The Pressta Eisele 5000 and Pressta 7000 both crimp frame corners pneumatically, driving the punch units in sync through a lever system for a tight, repeatable joint.
• The 5000 delivers 56 kN per head at 8 bar and takes profiles up to 190 mm tall; the 7000 steps up to 205 mm profile height and 180 mm crimping height for larger frames.
• Standard 3, 5, and 7 mm crimping knives and adjustable V-blocks set up both machines across a range of profile sizes.
