Deburring & Finishing
Taking the edges, slag, and oxide off your parts takes different equipment depending on the part. Choose the path that matches your work: wide belt deburring for flat sheet coming off the laser, plasma, or punch, or vibratory finishing for small parts and complex shapes a flat belt cannot reach.
Buyer Guidance
How to tell which deburring or finishing machine you need.
If you are working with flat sheet and plate, Timesavers is the tool for you. A wide belt or rotary brush machine from Timesavers pulls the sheet metal parts through in one pass, knocks the mill scale off, removes your burrs, and leaves a consistent finish across the whole surface. From deburring edges to high shine finishes, Timesavers covers it.
If you are working with three-dimensional parts, from small hardware to airplane spars, ALMCO can provide the deburring or finishing solution for the job. Utilizing agitation and media selected for your application, ALMCO's machines can work on your parts with every edge broken and every internal corner hit. A sander physically cannot get inside a bracket or reach the tight corners of a casting. Vibratory finishing does not have that problem, since the media surrounds the part instead of running across it.
If you're not sure which side of that line your job falls on, tell us what you're running and we'll help you figure out the right setup.
