- Both routers work from a template or limit stops, so once the pattern is set, hardware slots, drainage channels, and lock cases repeat exactly across a run.
- Two spindle speeds cover aluminum and steel, and pneumatic clamping with quick-release tool change keeps cycle times down.
- The FR830 rotates the profile 180 degrees and strokes 200 mm vertically, reaching faces the compact FR810P at 110 mm cannot.
