Features

Built In

The CNC variable rake angle dials the blade from a shallow cut on thin sheet to a steeper angle on heavy plate, holding a clean, straight cut with minimal twist across the full thickness range.
A ball screw back gauge on linear guides positions the stop with high repeatability, so repeat-length parts come off the shear identical run after run.
A heavy-duty, stress-relieved steel frame and hydraulic drive keep the cut square and consistent through high-volume production.
