Applications

Where It Works

Blank sheet and plate straight and flat where distortion has to stay low.
Cut mild steel, stainless, and aluminum to precise repeat lengths on the CNC back gauge.

Features

Built In

The swing beam top blade cuts on an arc, so the sheet stays flatter and comes off with less twist and distortion than a conventional straight-drop shear.
Cuts mild steel up to 20 mm and lengths to 4100 mm, covering the bulk of production blanking on one machine.
A ball screw back gauge with automatic swing-up and the D-Touch 7 touch screen set repeat lengths fast and hold them run after run.
