An asymmetrical 3-roll layout on a cast iron rigid frame gives high productivity on sheet up to 2 m wide and 3 mm thick.
The top and pinch rolls drive on an electromechanical geared motor with brake, while the prebending roll sets by handwheel with a precise position indicator.
Self-lubricating bearings and a double safety foot pedal keep it simple to run, with optional hardened rolls for longer life.
