Features

Built In

Counterweights on the vibrator shaft drive the spring-mounted tub, rolling parts and media through the mass so every surface is worked at once.
Variable amplitude and speed let you tune the rolling action from gentle polish to aggressive deburr.
A 1 inch polyurethane lining stands up to long production runs, and some models run steel media.
Scale from a manual Value Base tub up to a fully automated, continuous through-feed line with screener and media return.

VB Series

The Value Base tub is the most cost-effective vibratory tub ALMCO builds. A lower price point with fewer options and simpler controls still delivers the aggressive vibratory action that finishes parts to spec. Loading and unloading are manual. A straight tub for shops that want proven results without the extras.

Continuous Through-Feed

Built for high production volume. Integrated with an oscillating parts-media separator and a media return conveyor, the through-feed tub takes parts fed continuously, processes them, and discharges parts and media onto a screener that returns the media to the load end. Parts process without stopping.
