By Application
Cutting, punching, milling, and stamping all leave burrs and sharp raised edges behind. A wide belt or rotary brush machine pulls flat parts through and knocks those burrs off in a single pass, so parts are safe to handle and ready for the next operation. This is the core job every Timesavers machine on this list does well.

Buyer Guidance
For most flat sheet and plate, a wide belt or drum machine deburrs the whole surface in one pass. If you are running laser, plasma, or punched parts and just need the burrs gone, almost any machine here will do it, and the choice comes down to width, volume, and how many shifts you run.
For thin, oiled, or heat-sensitive parts, wet processing keeps the part cool and the sparks down while it deburrs. Match the machine to your material and your production and you get a clean, consistent edge every time.
Carlson's team has placed equipment in New England fabrication shops for over 67 years. We know which machine fits your material, your volume, and your floor plan. Call us or send a note and we will get back to you the same day.
