How to Choose
For most flat sheet and plate, a wide belt or drum machine deburrs the whole surface in one pass. If you are running laser, plasma, or punched parts and just need the burrs gone, almost any machine here will do it, and the choice comes down to width, volume, and how many shifts you run.
For thin, oiled, or heat-sensitive parts, wet processing keeps the part cool and the sparks down while it deburrs. Match the machine to your material and your production and you get a clean, consistent edge every time.
